Scene City LLC provides video production, social media management, and related digital content services. All services provided are subject to a separate statement of work or production agreement which will govern the specifics of the engagement.

The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Scene City LLC and its licensors. The Site is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Scene City LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Site.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

6. Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services or access this Site. By using this Site, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.

7. SMS Notifications

Program Description & Use Cases: By opting in and providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS notifications from Scene City LLC. These messages may include appointment reminders, project updates, responses to inquiries, and important service announcements.

Opt-Out Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code or number from which you received the message. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Message & Data Rates: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
